To provide computer users the software education that enhances skills and builds confidence which leads to success, and to provide small businesses with information which will empower them to succeed in the management of their business.

Information includes software education, business process reviews, employee skills training, business planning and forecasting which uses our own resources as well as those of our business partners.

Sarah Keiser is an educator of small business software and an active partner of Success In-Formation LLC. She has managed and trained professionals on business software, trained bookkeepers and controllers in accounting and business planning, worked with owners in business forecasting and taught accounting and computers to students nationwide. She is a Certified Business Consultant for American Contractor Software by Maxwell and a Certified Pro Advisor for QuickBooks® and QuickBooks® Point of Sale Software by Intuit, Inc.

Sarah has found that her expertise is most beneficial when businesses utilize business planning and forecasting along with software training. This focuses the efforts of the business team, and allows ground level employees to connect with the long-term goals of the company.
